What you’ll receive
By opting in, you agree to receive automated transactional SMS messages from Aldero at the mobile number you provide. These messages are part of Aldero’s authentication service and include:
- One-time verification codes (OTP) for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Login confirmation codes when signing in to applications powered by Aldero.
- Account security alerts (e.g., password reset confirmations, new-device sign-in notices).
Messages are sent only in response to your own login, enrollment, or account-recovery actions. Aldero does not send marketing or promotional SMS.

How to opt out
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS from Aldero, or by disabling SMS-based MFA in your account settings on the application you signed in to. After you opt out, Aldero will stop sending SMS to your number; you may continue to use alternative authentication methods.
